I got an email earlier today fron Craig at NORML that said teh following:

San Diego claims that there is no land use code for Medical Marijuana. They formed a task force to figure it out. Did SOCAL NORML members drop the bomb on the city? What are the docs we turned over to the task force today? Could this be the missing land use code? It sure looks like it to us. Thanks to one of our members we presented a business license for Medical marijuana coop that seems to have a land use code on it to the task force today. The task force agreed to research the information we gave them and review it at Thursday’s meeting. If this is what it appears to be then why are we spending money for a task force when the code is on the books already? Let’s see what is said about it on Thursday.
