Proof?

How does one provide proof that the owner of a dispensary was (bizarrely/inexplicably) rude? For now, I won't mention the name (here anyway), but here's what happened: First time dealing with a dispensary that delivered. This place has a nice website, good product, and some killer reviews. I had my grower friend meet the driver, and after buying lots of different grams to try, he left the driver with a nice sample of some White Rhino to take back to the reviewer. Now, the grower has no interest in becoming part of the collective, or selling his product...he just liked the reviews and wanted to hear what a "pro" thought of his WR. 3+ weeks goes by, and the reviewer claims he never got the sample. (I already suspect the driver, since a free pipe wasn't included in our order despite the fact they said they packed it). Ok...we'll get more to him. But I can't get ahold of anyone. Finally, the owner gets on the phone yesterday with me and says: "Oh, we got that. Worst bag of shake (it was ground bud, and it's delicious and powerful stuff) I've ever seen. Not even worth smoking. And we don't need any more growers anyway. click.":eek::confused: The grower is the nicest guy in the world, gives them a free bag of his product, and I have to chase these idiots down to finally get insulted (by a guy who doesn't smoke). Can't explain it, but I'm beyond pissed. Needless to say they lost our business, but I'd like them to lose more than that.:mad:

In case anyone is interested in how weird this got (doesn't seem like it, but I'll post it anyway.<g>), here's a response I got from the dispensary, and I'll put my response after that. Still won't mention name, but it's a N.County delivery place:

You are not a member of the cooperative. You did not spend $165, the
member did. I dont even know why you called in for the member. Very
strange.

You have been harrassing us with constant calls and emails about a sample
that was a bag of shake. The sample should not have been given to my
driver, it should have been given to J-, and when it was given my driver,
nothing was explained to him about who or what it was for. He thought it was
a tip. When I finally got it back from my driver, after numerous emails
back and forth from J-, I was amazed at what was given. A bad of dried up
shake. I showed it to J- and he laughed at it and told me he would not
smoke it. He thought it was some kind of joke. He could not believe it
either.

You keep on calling us. I do not know why. We are not interested in your
product, nor your business. J- did not smoke you sample, he threw it
away. Please find another dispensary and leave us alone.

"The member" spent *my* $165. *I* found (your site), thought it sounded cool, and
set up the meet since it was much easier for him to do it.. "Harrassing"??
I've called there *twice* (in the last 2 days), and I sent J- a couple
e-mails- BECAUSE HE SAID HE NEVER GOT THE SAMPLE- so that I could GIVE him
more. If "nothing was explained to the driver", it sure was explained to
J- and A-. How is that *our* fault? And if you got "a bag of dried up
shake" it's probably because the driver, who probably also pocketed my
promised pipe, smoked it and turned over some schwag. The only thing that
we've smoked from (you) that was more powerful than that Rhino is your
Chemdog. It's a good thing you're not interested in our product (we were
never interested in getting you any anyway!), and it's *really* good that
you don't want our business, because you already lost that before this
further insulting e-mail. I have NO idea why you are such an off-the-chart
a-hole. We spent money, didn't get what we were promised, didn't complain,
and GAVE you people a bag of something wanting nothing more than a "pros"
opinion of what he thought about it. This WILL be my last e-mail,and I'll
put both you and J- on my blocked sender list, so don't bother responding,
but I can promise you I will let every dispensary/collective/review site and
anyone I know who smokes pot what classless, clueless "businesspeople" you
are. Here's how a non a-hole would've handled it btw (even if the WR *was*
as bad as you say, which we all know it wasn't) "I'm sorry, but that just
wasn't up to our standards here. But thank you though!" End of story. We'd
keep buying/etc. But no. I had to get avoided/lied to, completely jerked
around, and finally insulted. I don't really care about *me*, but the fact
that you were such an a-hole to my friend really pisses me off, and I *will*
let the SD cannabis world know about it.

I am interested in how badly you were treated. If you were not a member then how is it possible you were in the dispensary? Only members are allowed in the dispensary. I think you were a member the guy is just being ridiculous. Not all dispensaries deserve your business. They act like they do no wrong while they are profiting from the sale of marijuana which is illegal. I have never seen any "compassion" at a dispensary.

I was not a member. I have a friend who went there. He's clueless about this whole scene, so I set it up and he met with them. Very bizarre behaviour.
