Best tasting herbs

What's everyone's favorite *tasting* herbs? I'm constantly disappointed by the lack of flavor in many strains. Even strains that are totally kick-butt. Even strains (like my Berlin) that smell awesome, but lose it when you fire it up. I've noticed that I really taste things best when rolled. So, here are some that I really like:

1 & 2) Blue Dream and Jack Herer. I honestly think they taste similar enough where I'm not sure I could tell the difference. I might put SSH here too, so I'm guessing what I *really* like is the Haze.

3) Chemdog. My review might've made it sound less than awesome, but now that it's long gone I really miss it. Radically different than BD and JH of course, but it's certainly not boring.

4) Cotton Candy Bubba. It's been so long since I submitted a review on this that I forget what I wrote. I'm gonna guess I dinged it on flavor. However, after sending off the review I discovered something: the stuff is so smooth that you can take huge hits. And when you take huge hits you get huge flavor. Not like cotton candy though, so it's still a disappointment, but it's also not boring.

I like to break it down by family of strains. There's the Purples, the Blues, and the rest of the fruity strains are all personal favorites when burning for taste alone.

Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry, Lemon, Raspberry, Cannalope, Blackberry you name it as long as it's well grown and flushed they taste incredible.

Any purple strain tastes incredible, I just love the full, skunky, grapey goodness. I really can't describe my love for tasty weed so I just share my favorite choices with you

Kush and Sour and anything that has the fuel smell and taste are fantastic, but I really prefer something sweeter when I'm smoking for flavor.

In my opinion, any name brand strain has its own complex flavor, so really just be open to trying anything because you never know what will have a truly unique flavor.

In my experience though the really really potent herbs lack in taste a bit just because the spiciness of the smoke covers it. Either way if it's really good, it's going to taste pleasing because you know you enjoy well grown smoke, the only time I encounter a "bad" taste is if it's shitty herb.

Agreed. I just lit, then threw away a 1/2 burned joint of Prozac. It gave me a decent buzz, but I just hated the taste. I'm 99% going with Vortex (on your recommendation) and Strawberry Cream. I have a lot of indica, so I'm limiting my current shopping to sativas.

Edit: did some research, i think I'm wrong on the reason why I recommended it so heavily for you, but I think you'll love it regardless, it's something I'm after.

Without adding the fruit strains because thats just.. unfair..
1)OG kush: a well grown og just has that sweet fuely candy taste. Amazing full flavour.
2)Kali mist (JUST smoked this, it has to be strawberries and cream with some haziness. fucking amazing)
3)White widow: it tastes like flowers, very very sweet flowers.

Nothing else really comes to mind right now but.. ill be back

I just noticed they have Blue Dream Kief. Never had kief, but I love BD, so maybe I'll try some.

Kief is really nice when you want to get really high, unless you're ready to get blasted it's not a necessity for those who aren't heavy smokers. Kief is that nice spice to add to the top of a bowl when you want to get extra stoned, or it's really nice when you just want to take one solid hit and rip some Kief to get you there right away.

OG Kush - favorite smell aswell
Blue Dream - Ive had some batches that taste like candy and flowers
Super Skunk - best looking bud ive had, i remember it tasting sweet and stayed in my mouth the longest any bud has.

Right now, I think this Chocolope I have is the tastiest thing I have right now, but there is one pheno of this Tora Bora I grew that is damn tasty too. Sour Diesel is hard to beat, and my LA Con x Sour D tastes amazing.

Blue Dream x Pineapple Express (Blue Dream Express?) is now in my Top 10. VERY tasty. And potent. Possibly the best herb for drumming I've had...although it's hard to hide the effects. Wailed for 3+ hours on the drums last night and had just as much energy as when I started. Yet it's not an "energetic" as a pure sativa. Strange. It also made my (arthritic?) right hand feel better. No issues after 3 hours.
