If I'm smoking Indica I usually chill to some Depeche Mode, Sublime or 311.

If I'm smoking some good Sativa I love to get pumped up with Armin van Buuren, Trixie Reiss and Rammstein.

I saw Depeche Mode in like 1987 when they were touring for Black Celebration.

Was a youngster and had these 2 cougars sitting next to me and my buddy Chris buying us beers all night. Was AWESOME! :)

MY music preferences change according to my mood, but usually I am listening to some KMK while I am getting baked. Also, there is nothing trippier than listening to some of depeche mode's music when I am stoned, but it has to be the 80's stuff with the sick synth beats.

If you like Mac Dre (RIP), then let me take you back a bit to Too $hort, E-40 The Click, 415, Conscious Daughters , 3X Crazy, & Dru Down. This is some serious old school East Bay Hip Hop.

IF OFFENDED BY VERY DIRTY SEXUAL REFERENCES AND FOUL LANGUAGE DO NOT CLICK VIDEO!

Classic East Bay Hip Hop will get your head bobbin' hard; especially, after lighting up a bowl.

I usually just put Animal Collective as loud as my ears can take it-but I almost always have to listen to them outside with a good view of the sky.

I've been listening to these bands lately when chillin in my room:

Blonde Redhead
The Velvet Underground
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Mount Eerie
Interpol

i think this forum needs some more influence from the bay gotta give it up for mac dre and andre nickatina. all depends on my mood though sometimes its rap like that or its sublime,311 etc.

i think i may be a lot younger than most of the members here due to my newer age bands.

slightly stoopid, pepper, the expendable, rebelution, kid cudi, zion i, gotta give it up for the classics to though, bob, hendrix, beatles, the doors, dr dre, snoop, ice cube, grandmaster flash. too many to list

These tunes could function as a kind of overture to a nice playlist for a stoned drive or late night headphone high. Eighties to the present...my generation.
Sorry if this is greedy, I just don't listen to music in a way that allows me to single out any artist as the "go to when high" artist/album. This selection describes the tone and vibe I am more likely to seek when buzzed.
