Ehhh I didnt think so, but the movie is really all about the atmosphere.
When I saw it I was baked and with about 15 of my friends at the Midnight show, scared the shit out of all of us, especially when we got back to the house. Fucked with everyone all night, turning on and off lights, making loud noises. Really scared the girls pretty bad.

Agreed Mare Ahh Won Ahh, I thought it was a very entertaining movie, and the atmosphere inside the theatre played a huge part in the overall experience. We were all laughing/cheering at Micah for the most part, which was cool.

Was it based on true events? or do they just make it seem like that to add to the thrill?

Chubbs, I totally agree, this movie was crap.

Happily I read this before I watched it and did not see it in theaters, but wow I'm glad I didn't. Ridiculous.

You wait 40 minutes to see a door close, or a sheet move. And don't get me started on the ending. This is the biggest fraud in all of movie history these people spent 40$ on some cheesy magnets and a computer program and are now millionaires.

Agreed with the Thread title.. I felt jipped and like i wasted my resources watching this dumb movie. Although i downloaded it so it didnt waste my money at least... I coulda made a movie like this even it was terrible.
